An Italian leader in Rings and Open Die Forgings offer for sale and/or is now inviting Global counter-parts from Asia to North America to step up and explore the opportunities of Joint Venture or Technology Exchange to strengthen the collaboration between Europe and India, China and North America respectively, but not limited to these three countries.
The setup that is being offered represents an outstanding opportunity for global ring mills and forges to acquire a modern and up-to-date 3200t SCHLOEMANN Open Die Forging Press (fully overhauled in 2010) and a 3500t Hydraulic Siempelkamp Press (2008) with a shared hydraulics system based on water for the main cylinder and oil hydraulics for the peripheral clampings. The two presses can work as a continued setup in a technological line and also as individual machines for piercing and open die forging operations.
The Seller is interested and willing to offer the Assets and supply the Machinery as well as Ingots from their own production in order to enable direct penetration of the partner’s localmarket and supply of high-quality forge parts to the industries in the world’s fast growing economie, but also to buy back products for clients in Europe.
