1200t Hardening Line with Wellmann Furnace
This hardening line combines a massive 194,000 kg, 4-lane hydraulic press with a high-capacity continuous heating system. The press delivers 12,000 kN of force over a 1,050 × 1,900 mm table, featuring independent 25-tonne upper and lower cushion pins per lane for precise forming control. It is integrated with a 17-meter, 475 kW Wellmann electrical furnace capable of processing 1,206 kg/h at output temperatures up to 940 °C, complete with precise nitrogen (2.5 bar) and liquid methanol (4 bar) atmosphere controls for demanding, heavy-duty industrial heat treatment.
