Deduster & Quencher

HASCON, TECHINT, TENOVA

Bag Filter Plant and Settling Chamber

The Deduster utilizes a bag filter system to effectively extract and filter fumes and dust generated during Electric Arc Furnace and Ladle Furnace operations. The Quencher acts as the primary suction and cooling train for the Consteel® preheating tunnel, using a settling chamber and water spray system to rapidly lower hot gas temperatures.
