1200t Hardening Line with Wellmann Furnace
This hardening line pairs a high-capacity hydraulic press with an integrated continuous heating system. The massive 120,000 kg press delivers 1,200 tonnes of force over a 2-lane, 1,400 × 2,200 mm table and features robust 200-tonne upper and lower cushions per lane. It is fed by a 10.2-meter, 385 kW Wellmann electrical furnace capable of reaching output temperatures of 940 °C with a high-volume throughput capacity of 1,500 kg/h, providing a complete, heavy-duty solution for demanding industrial heat treatment and metalforming operations.
