Description

The forging hammer line starts from the blank section, then the metal bar is supplied to 625 kW preheating Elotherm machine and cutting into blanks with scissors. Next, the workpiece is transported to an induction furnace for subsequent pre-forming on Eumuco ARWS1a forging roll. After that, the workpiece enters the Lasco HOU 500 upper pressure hammer. After deburring, the workpiece feeds onto a controlled cooling conveyor of 12 meters length.
