Manufacturing Setup Description
Built with state-of-the-art technology, this line is designed for the production of mid-range motors with frame sizes between 160-250 and power outputs from 11 to 55 kW. Key equipment includes a SCHULER High-speed Lamination Press Line (2014), a DEMA Stator Welding Cell (2018), and a HYUNDAI WIA Stator Housing Machining Line (2015), ensuring precision and automation at every step. Additionally, this line includes an IDRA Aluminum Die Casting Cell (2010), VIRTANEN Stator Press (2015) and a TECNOFIRMA Impregnation Machine (2012) for enhanced motor quality and durability.
