Centered around a TCS ROTORCAST LR 5000S vertical die casting machine with a 5000 kN closing force, the line includes an advanced (2018) StrikoWestofen WESTOMAT dosing furnace and a (2008) ELSKLO 120kW electric melting furnace. With an injection capacity of up to 125 kg of aluminum, this setup provides a complete solution for high-precision, heavy-duty rotor production.
